As IT Business Solutions Manager, you will lead our IT project management and application ownership, focusing on implementing technological solutions that align with our strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency. This position suits a versatile individual contributor who is proficient in navigating the complexities of healthcare IT. Candidates with nursing or healthcare experience are particularly welcomed.

Our IT Business Solutions Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead the management and implementation of diverse IT projects, ensuring they align with Harbor Health’s strategic objectives and operational needs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on business applications, managing vendor relations, system implementations, and overseeing continuous improvement efforts.
• Drive the adoption and effective utilization of Agile methodologies in project management, promoting flexibility, rapid delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate change management and project intake processes, creating robust methodologies to enhance business processes and IT systems.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver IT solutions that support organizational goals, fostering a culture of innovation and cross-functional teamwork.
• Leverage knowledge in AWS and familiarity with healthcare-specific applications and frameworks to enhance our IT infrastructure and business operations.

Successful IT Business Solutions Manager's will have:

• Relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in IT project management, with preference for experience in the healthcare sector, will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. 
• Relevant experience in IT project management and business applications management will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within the healthcare sector.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent experience in Agile project management methodologies is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and work with technical documentation and IT systems, with a keen eye for leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and managing cross-functional projects to achieve business objectives.

Additional Skills & Experiences Preferred include:

• Proficient in agile product methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) 
• Proficient in developing HITRUST-certified products and regulated digital health tools
• Prior experience with a health system, health benefits, start-up, or venture-backed company

Physical Requirements of the role include:

• Light travel based in Austin
• This would be a hybrid role
