As a Participant Services Representative, you are part of a tight knit team that shares the following responsibilities in a typical day:

• Regularly communicating with participants by phone and email. Ensuring requests/issues are addressed promptly and effectively. To accomplish this, you will answer basic questions, resolve complex issues, and ensure we deliver on our commitments (you will assist approximately 20 participants in a day).
• Processing claims and reviewing documentation provided by participants. For some, you will complete the task while on the phone, ensuring prompt resolution to issues.
• Processing COBRA payments and assisting COBRA participants with questions by phone and email.
• Processing return mail to ensure we have up to date addresses on file for critical communications being sent to participants.
• Sharing knowledge to help our clients, our participants, and your teammates.
• Working closely with our customers and internal teams to help identify and escalate issues appropriately. Following up on issues you escalate until they are resolved.
