Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it!We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Business Enablement team, supporting products like Apple Card, Apple Cash, Apple Music and more. You will be leading a technology product management and engineering team which oversees our internal platform of applications supporting business processes. This team’s functions include application product management, development / development operations, QA, customer support, testing, and more.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience establishing internally used application visions, and successfully implementing pragmatic roadmaps that supporting a complex leader landscape and business processes, while keeping leaders informed transparently, clearly, and effectively
  • Experience leading or working closely with development engineering teams delivering business technology solutions that adhere to internal standard processes for system architecture, development operations, security, privacy, and continuous improvement in delivery velocity, quality, and risk mitigation
  • Experience leading or working closely with QA teams to ensure efficient and effective quality assurance of delivered technology through improved and automated processes through collaboration with development, support teams, and business leaders
  • Experience leading or working closely with support organizations to provide timely, quality support for application users, drive continuous improvement in support processes, and mine support data for insights to drive product improvement

Description

This role will be responsible our platform of applications which support business processes throughout the lifecycle of our external partner engagements. This platform is critical to key business activities including partner relationship management, partner onboarding, promotion management, partner collaboration, and more. This role is responsible for ensuring we are using our team resources to the highest level of business impact, delivering solutions that scale through seamless partnership with our business leaders. This role will be responsible for up-leveling our team’s ability to deliver quality results in a timely cost-effective manner.

Education & Experience

Bachelors in Business, Engineering or a related field required. MBA or Management Consulting experience is a plus.Minimum 20 years of professional experience required.

Additional Requirements

  • •Experience using application metrics for success to drive data-driven decision making
  • •Experience driving roadmaps for internally used applications that enable revenue-driving operations, key business decisions, and external partner collaboration
  • •Experience with CRM/PRM systems and data hierarchies and complex business workflows preferred
  • •Experience optimizing user experience demonstrating design thinking and UI/UX improvements preferred
  • •Experience managing a budget for external vendor partners to deliver technology solutions in a managed service and staff augmentation model preferred
  • •Ability to chart the path forward for this evolving team while being willing and able to dive into details and team mechanics as needed to up-level team functions
  • •Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from large amounts of information to drive team priorities and alignment.
  • •Ability to “see the forest through the trees” when faced with multiple, conflicting priorities and drive cross functional alignment to a focused, clear, and prioritized path forward across multiple teams
  • •Experienced manager of managers, driving high levels of effective collaboration and partnership across sub-teams through leadership and empowerment, as well as collaborating seamlessly with peers across other teams; actively supports team member growth and development
  • •Operationally driven, establishing organized structure for team management and success measurements and continuous improvement of internal team processes
  • •Service-minded leader who creates a team culture valuing diverse thought, inclusive actions, and service to our internal and external customers

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $192,700 and $289,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
