With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, they are entering a period of growth and looking to grow their Project Management department by bringing on an experienced PM. This role is an integral part of their business and will help them continue their success in year-over-year growth.

Description

The PM will be responsible for:

• Reporting directly to the Senior Project Managers and CEO
• Working hand-in-hand with the Project Management team
• Generating RFI's, Submittals, Change orders and schedules for all on site activity
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clients
• Attend meetings and contribute to presentations

Profile

• 5-10 years of experience as an PM in Masonry, Waterproofing, or a related role. Have a current PM that was a PM in an interiors design fixture company.
• An experienced PM that can jump in and do the job right away
• Ground-up experience in one of their disciplines

Job Offer

• $90K-$130K depending on experience
