With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, they are entering a period of growth and looking to grow their Project Management department by bringing on an experienced APM. This role is an integral part of their business and will help them continue their success in year-over-year growth.

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

• Direct and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality control, and timely project delivery.
• Oversee and lead multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to time lines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage suppliers, and other project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and resolution of issues.

The Successful Applicant

The right Project Manager will have:

• 5-10 years of experience as an PM in Masonry, Waterproofing, or a related role.
• CAD or Bluebeam experience if from a GC
