With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, they are entering a period of growth and looking to grow their Project Management department by bringing on an experienced APM. This role is an integral part of their business and will help them continue their success in year-over-year growth.

Job Description

The Masonry APM will be responsible for:

• Reporting directly to the Senior Project Managers and CEO
• Working hand-in-hand with the Project Management team
• Generating RFI's, Submittals, Change orders and schedules for all on site activity
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with repeat/potential clients
• Attend meetings and contribute to presentations

The Successful Applicant

The Masonry APM must have:

• 1-4 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in masonry, waterproofing, General Contracting, or a comparable trade.
• An experienced APM that can jump in and do the job right away
• Ground-up experience in one of their disciplines

• A base salary up to $90K depending on experience
