NEW INCENTIVES:

• Any LPN / RN who received their license in the past two year will receive a $500 Stipend each month up to $12,000 towards tuition reimbursement
• Any staff member who pays for childcare will receive a $50 Stipend on their paycheck weekly
• RN, If they pick up anything outside of their normal scheduled hours, they receive API (Apple Incentive Pay) and will receive an extra $5.00 an hour.
• All staff MUST be in good standing for 90 days in order to qualify for either incentive

Job Description

Registered Nurse
The RN plans, controls and executes the nursing services required by the residents. Supervises the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements, to ensure that the residents receive the highest quality of care at all times.

Together with the Nursing Director, the RN Registered Nurse plans the operation of nursing services and the provision of emergency support requirements for tour of duty. Plans the coordination of nursing activities in line with medical needs, physician instructions and the general nursing care plan. Coordinates the activities of charge nurses to ensure proper care of residents. In conjunction with medical staff, adjusts the care plan to meet emergency medical needs.

Qualifications:

• The RN Registered Nurse must hold a current state RN license and be a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Must have previous experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Attention to detail, good follow through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• The RN Registered Nurse demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of general rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical
• practices, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care.

All fulltime and part time RN positions are required an oncall weekend to provide support to our staff and our residents at any time, day or night. Ask about compensation.

Perdiem staff are required (2) weekend shifts a month to meet requirements.
