Due to our accelerated growth, we have established a dedicated Mitigation Sales Department and are seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Mitigation Regional Sales Manager. The Mitigation Regional Sales Manager will lead and mentor a strong customer focused and results oriented sales/estimating team in selling emergency services to both residential and commercial clients. Primary Responsibilities:
Effectively motivate and encourage a team of sales/estimator representatives to achieve sales goals and targets.
Recruit, train and coach sales/estimating representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service to increase revenue and market share.
Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a point of contact for customers throughout the sales process.
Manage and prioritize sales leads and opportunities in our CRM system.
Monitor and report on sales performance and profitability then adjust sales strategies as needed.
Maximize growth potential within the region.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in business preferred.
5 years preferred in the cleaning and restoration industry.
2 years preferred experience with Xactimate.
A proven sales leader who can create and shape a positive culture amongst the team.
Creative thinker who can collaborate and work with internal departments to identify new tactics that maximize the sales teams effectiveness to drive success.
Knowledge of all Microsoft Applications
Willingness to travel - approximately 25%
Self-driven and motivated to meet sales goals.
Top-notch organizational and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
