Our continued success is demanding us to launch a plumbing operation based in Medina Ohio, and we are looking for the right person who wants to build their own future.

The successful candidate will function as a service plumber, lead plumber and field manager combined, until the territory grows enough to justify hiring additional staff under you. We are also willing to hire the helper of your choosing.

The faster you grow the territory, (with our help) the faster you are moving into more of a managerial role.

Bottom line is that this business unit is yours to run as you see fit, and you will be in a peer group of other business unit managers who are dedicated to helping you win.

Compensation is based on your current experience and level of success. This is a W2 hourly position, with commissions, and would turn into a salary position once metrics are achieved.

We also offer profit sharing, company match IRA and benefits after 90 days.

In this position, you will be given focused guidance and support so you benefit from our experience and success, including:
