Minutemen HR is Hiring a Bilingual Branch Operations Specialist Near Medina, OH

Minutemen Staffing is now hiring a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Branch Operations Specialist for our office in Medina.

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
Weekly pay ranging between $18 - $20, depending on experience.

The Branch Operations Specialist is responsible for working with the external client HR and Hiring Managers to continuously improve the overall client experience to drive retention and support turnover goals.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure that all existing clients are being adequately serviced by coordinating placement goals with Branch Manager & Placement Specialist. Foot in every door.
  • The Branch Operations Specialist will take proactive steps to understand the unique perspective of our external clients and client facing associates’ wants, needs, and priorities to improve overall experience. Focus on Retention.
  • Monitor new client hiring needs and share information and resources with Minutemen team. Make a good first impression with new clients.
  • Oversee placement goal expectations.
  • Interview prospective candidates and prepare them for client interview. Understand the Client and associate needs to make good placements.
  • Have Regional Recruiter place advertisements online and through social media.
  • Manage resumes and update information in Minute Men’s applicant tracking system.
  • Ongoing communication with client to maintain proper job placements and staffing levels.
  • Customer walk throughs to see client facilities.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude.
  • Customer service or sales experience.
  • Understanding of common business practices and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills.
  • Customer/Client Focus.
  • Demonstrates alignment with company's code of ethics.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Sitting for long periods of time.
  • Continuous viewing from, and inputting data to, a computer.
  • Telephone and face-to-face conversations.
  • Travel/drive, as needed, to visit customers/potential customers.
