Overview:

The Cultivation/Sanitation tech is responsible for the care and cleaning of the grow rooms and will assist in the day-to-day operations of all area's cultivation and grounds. The Sanitation Technician will make sure all areas are sanitized and in presentable condition. This position will keep plant areas in a safe, clean, and orderly condition as directed.

Responsibilities:

• · Inspecting the manufacturing process to determine sanitation protocols.
• · Following all sanitation policies and protocols.
• · Ensure compliant and safe products are being used within the production area.
• · Maintain proper PPE inventory for all cleaning procedures in place.
• · Performing daily inspections of the manufacturing facility and reporting any irregularities.
• · Ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities.
• · Providing feedback to company managers and advising on manufacturing changes.
• · Monitoring and executing the preparation and use of cleaning chemicals.
• · Support in the scheduled cleaning of all production areas including growing environments, processing, and storage.
• · Responsible for the overall upkeep and cleanliness of all common areas, office space, restrooms, and production areas of the facility
• · Adhere and enforce strict sanitation standards set forth by upper management.
• · Will develop a high level of knowledge concerning the areas of the facility.
• · Evaluate and adapt to new methods, in order to meet or exceed goals, and or modify their technique/procedures based on all applicable laws.
• Clone, transplant, water, fertilize, prune, trellis, defoliate, inspect for pathogens, identify toxicities and deficiencies, top, bud, and low stress train cannabis plants.
• Completing all accompanying paperwork and input this information into the software tracking system ensuring compliance with 105 CMR 725.105 (G)(3) & (4).

Experience:

· Previous experience as a Cultivation/Sanitation technician with cannabis

· Strong attention to detail.

· Advanced sanitation skills.

· Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Must be 21 or older and able to pass a background check
