**Job Summary:**

Our Retail Sales Associates provide exemplary customer service to our patients/customers with care and compassion while using their cannabis knowledge to guide appropriate product selection. Retail Sales Associates partner cross-functionally with every department to ensure dispensary operation remains efficient and comply with set standards and regulations.

**Duties:**

· Consult and service patients/caregivers/customers on present medical and recreational cannabis information to appropriately guide patients/caregivers/customers on product selection that best meets their needs & preferences.

· Ensure the sanitization and cleanliness of dispensary.

· Professional attire and hygiene are required.

· Maintain a current knowledge of Cannabis Control Commission of company regulations to ensure dispensary operations remain within compliance.

· Complete and record all transactions accurately utilizing the POS system.

· Assist/cross-train in other areas of operations at the request of the managers and/or team leads as needed.

**Experience:**

- · Prior customer service and/or retail experience

• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to problem solve and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and Metrc tracking software.
• Prior experience within the cannabis industry

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check annually to ensure compliance within Cannabis Control Commission and Apothca set regulations.
• Follow HIPPA guidelines.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
