Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Compensation: $35- $45 per visit, with a guaranteed amount of visits per pay period, processed bi-weekly.
Shift Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM (flexible), weekend and holiday on-call rotations.

We are looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work one-on-one with our patients in their home environment to give proper education and skilled nursing to allow our patients to become more independent. The LPN for this position enjoys working with a team of supportive clinicians as well as being disciplined to ensure the highest level of care.
