OUPATIENT FACILITY MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN / DRIVER NEEDED

Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, newly constructed in 2018 - state of the art facility conveniently located at 9938 airline highway in the heart of the city at the intersection of I-12 and Airline Hwy.

Job Responsibilities :

• Transport patients from their homes to the facility and from facility to their homes
• Demonstrates teamwork by carrying out routine and assigned task with the outpatient programs
• Documents patient's vital signs
• Flexible with work schedule when necessary to provide coverage
• Assists with coordination of distributing lunches, cleaning the kitchen after lunch and attending to the patients' needs during lunch
• Oversees the cleanliness of the facility

Skills Needed :

• Ability to work under close supervision with distractions / demanding patients and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Good physical and mental health as evidenced by warm empathic attitude

• At least One year mental health experience preferred
• Must have CPR certification
• Must have clean driving record
