Role: IT Support Analyst

Location: Cincinnati, OH – Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite)

Type: Contract (C2C or W-2)

Responsibilities:

• Performing analysis of root causes.
• Developing checklists for reoccurring problems.
• Developing recommendations for procedures to prevent problems.
• Evaluating and resolving complex problems that arise.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Performing user administrative tasks.
• Skills:
• 2 - 3 years of experience required in Support role Proficiency in SQL in UNIX, C , C#, .NET
• Proficiency in UNIX OS, Windows OS, understanding of networking

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
