Security Clearance: DHS Suitability is required
Willing/Able to pass a TS/SCI w/Poly investigation is required
Position
Apogee's ideal Software Engineer will be part of the Apogee Foundry Lab team. You will help build apps, tools and workflow solutions that integrate with corporate COTS and custom tools. If you think software is an art and love to write clean code and APIs and generate cool analytics, then you'll love Apogee and this position!
What You'll Do
- Develop custom tools and applications focused on integration to create a seamless experience for the users
- Enable Apogee to mature business processes and systems
- Provide metrics and analytics
- Mentor and expand your tools and language skillsets
Required
- BA/BS Degree
- Experience with languages and tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau server and/or an equivalent tool
- Knowledge of Open-source frameworks, Git, Agile, and Scrum
- Ability to operate independently on clearly defined requirements and escalate risks when found
Desired Skills
- Python, PostgreSQL, Tableau Server, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, YAML
- Experience with Enterprise Cloud Service Providers, including AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration, DevOps, or Big Data
- AWS or Azure Cloud Certification
- Tableau Certification
