We are seeking a HR Generalist to support managers in the recruiting and hiring process which includes working with recruiters, coordinating career fairs, and sourcing candidates for open positions. The HR Generalist will handle daily administrative and HR duties of the organization including conducting stay and exit interviews and monitoring performance evaluations. In addition, the HR Generalist will work with HR Manager to lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition activities, and internal communication. Educational Requirements: bachelor’s degree in business administration, English, Human Resources, or related field. A successful HR Generalist will have 2-3 years of administrative and Human Resources related experience.
