About the Job

Work with Press:

• Keep up on daily press and industry breaks and industry news.

• Manage and edit updated press lists for all print, online, broadcast, social media contacts and outlets.

• Maintain collaboration seeding lists; editor, talent and influencers

Support Reporting:

• Manage fashion editorial and product placements for the full range of product offerings, including: Men's & Women's collections for RedTab, Levi's Vintage Clothing, Levi's Made in Japan, product collaborations, capsule collections, Levi's Kids and Levi's Basics.

• Monthly Reporting: Editorial Clippings Report/ Editorial Tracking Reports (Friday Memo)

• Create and facilitate collaboration recaps

Work with Sample & Product Management:

• Manage inventory and product ordering process for the US PR teams. Includes PR samples, seeding samples for the NY showroom

• Work with PR manager to place seasonal product orders and forecasts once important product stories are identified

• Maintain PR folders with images/lookbooks each season

• Oversee all Send outs/Shipments/ Messengers

• Provide Credit Information to publications

• Help with editor/stylist appointments

Support Project & Event Management:

• Manage projects supporting seasonal product goals, product launches (sample product ordering/distribution, and product seeding)

• Support US PR team with coordination of all press events

• Agency management: Collaborate with, and support agencies managing seasonal product objectives and product launches.

About You

• 2 years of experience in PR or marketing

• Bachelor's degree or comparable working experience

The expected starting salary range for this role is $57,800- $91,200. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
