Role Responsibilities:

• Leadership Excellence: Spearhead the formation, recruitment, and management of a high-caliber IT team, focusing on professional development, strategic resource allocation, and team success.
• IT Systems Mastery: Take ownership of HPC infrastructure to support cutting-edge development teams, manage comprehensive networks, and forecast IT system enhancements for future needs. Lead critical IT projects to fruition in collaboration with key partners.
• Digital Security Vigilance: Champion the initiation and management of security protocols to safeguard digital assets. Oversee security audits and develop robust mitigation strategies.
• Documentation and Empowerment: Ensure the availability of detailed IT system documentation and facilitate training programs for end-users and team members to foster a knowledgeable IT environment.
• Userbase Advocacy: Optimize IT systems to deliver a seamless end-user experience, standardize IT hardware provisioning, and act as the first point of contact for urgent hardware issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• A detail-oriented professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in supporting or managing enterprise IT environments, with proven project management prowess.
• A problem-solver with a strong foundation in HPC, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), alongside proficiency in a scripting language.
