Apex Systems is Hiring a Desktop support technician Near Ridgeland, MS
Apex Systems is searching for a driven and experienced desktop support technician with Active Directory and Jira experience

Responsibilities :
This role will be day to day onsite support for those working in the office which ranges from entry level to executive and partner level.
We are looking for someone who can work under pressure and apply good customer service skills when troubleshooting for team members.
Sys admin are remote.
- Verifying the audio and visual systems in conference rooms are working in case any room is needed during the day for use.
- Will be working tickets on a daily basis, that could include remote support or walking to the individual’s desk and helping troubleshoot in person.
Qualifications :
- Active Directory
- Ticketing System experience.
- 3 plus years of help desk support with preferred customer service background.
