Apex Student Living is hiring! This is your opportunity to join an energetic and rapidly growing company. The Leasing and Marketing Manager is the property’s leading sales and marketing representative whose primary duties are to greet prospects, to present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned property and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. We are looking to add a dedicated leasing and marketing manager for our student housing community, Apex on Perkins, conveniently located ner Oklahoma State University.

MARKETING AND LEASING
● Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents meet.
● Inspect apartments that will be shown to prospective residents to ensure cleanliness every morning.
● Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call whether it is a prospect call, service request, etc. Transfer calls to Property Manager when appropriate.
● Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs and preferences, professionally present the community and specific apartment(s) while pointing out features and benefits.
● Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and for improving resident satisfaction. Perform outreach marketing duties.

ADMINISTRATIVE

● Efficiently process application verification and notify prospective residents of results.
● Accept rent, rental and administrative fees, and all other payments.
● Complete guest information forms for all prospects. Send thank you notes and perform follow ups with all leads and traffic, and manage all marketing efforts.
● Enter lead and/or walk-in traffic info from guest cards and other leads into the computer daily
● Organize and file appropriate reports, leases and paperwork daily.
● Assist Property Manager in preparation of all reports, market surveys, etc.
● Accompany outside vendors on service request calls for occupied apartments when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
