Join the premier team at The Apex Racing Lab, the Triangle's leading sim racing and motorsports lounge. We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional entertainment experience through our state-of-the-art sim racing setups and a vibrant atmosphere. We are currently expanding our team and looking for experienced bartenders to craft high-quality cocktails and enhance our guests' experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages and cocktails according to standard recipes
• Engage with guests to provide a memorable entertainment experience
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Manage inventory and ensure bar supplies are well-stocked
• Process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Must meet local, state, and federal health and safety regulations

Working Hours:

• Shifts vary between 2 PM to 10 PM and 11 AM to 4 PM

Compensation:

• $15 per hour plus tips
• Eligibility for profit-sharing bonus
