- 2nd shift hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm $1 shift premium
- Competitive hourly wage: $22-28/hr.
What your day will look like:
- Interpret schematics, ladder logic, and electrical drawings.
- Identify and replace faulty electrical components while troubleshooting electrical malfunctions.
- Proficiently wire panels, install conduit, and execute electrical projects.
- Possess expertise in high voltage applications, including reading voltage meters.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble all plant and production machinery.
- Replace components such as ball screws, motors, drives, gearboxes, covers, pumps, and spindles.
- Conduct analysis and interpretation using various test equipment.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement projects.
- Trace wiring, isolate electrical components, and comprehend ladder logic.
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery including CNC machining centers, rotary dials, stand-alone machines, casting machines, finishing cells, and assembly equipment.
- Proficiency in machinery rigging, gearbox and spindle repair, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to troubleshoot operator interface terminals, AC and DC servo systems, VFDs, PLCs, and power supplies.
- Knowledge of electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures, confined space entry, hot work permits, and industrial safety guidelines.
- Preferred but not required: Associate's degree in robotics technology, mechanical, electrical, or PLC programming.
- Required: 5 years of experience in machining maintenance.
- Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Operator Permit for Overhead Crane.
- Operator Permit for Aerial Lift.
