APEX Performance & Aesthetics is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Sandy, UT
Apex Performance and Aesthetics is an advanced Wellness, Beauty, & Medical spa focused on building all aspects of self-confidence. We offer customized treatments to strengthen athletic performance, aid in recovery, slow the aging process, perfect the body, amplify beauty, promote sexual wellness, treat mood imbalances, improve cognitive function and enhance the physical appearance of our patients. We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Manager/Receptionist to join our growing team!
Job Duties:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills and Professionalism
- Check in and Check out patients, offering a memorable experience
- Self starter that is able to work alone but also enjoys being part of a team
- Scheduling of Patients, Answering Phones, Collection of Payments through our Practice Management System
- Speak intelligently about our suite of procedures & services
- Take Ownership of the Waiting Room area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming at all times
- Highly organized, motivated to help grow our new business together
Requirements
- at least 18 years of age with a High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Drivers license
- Microsoft proficient
- Previous medical/concierge/spa/aesthetics experience highly preferred
- Must be willing to work during our standard hours of operation M-F and occasional Saturday
Compensation & Benefits
$17-18/hour depending on experience
Commission Pay on top of hourly
PTO for Full-Time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
