Summary / Objective
The Outbound Sales Representative must display strong communication and
organizational skills, be personable, detail-oriented, and confident. This is an inside sales
position. The main responsibilities will be to book maintenance agreements, sell
memberships and follow up on unsold work from salesmen as well as techs. Always

Fill the board with maintenance, working with Dispatch and CSR to ensure

all notes are precise and with purpose.
Utilize list in Service Titan to reach client list and provide a 3 close sales
process to each client.
Keep detailed notes for your customers so you can follow up and build
relationships with our clients.
Sell Membership plans on a renewal basis as well as to new clients.
Understand the THCC plan 100%.
Develop a routine of following up on all unsold jobs utilizing the follow up
board in Service Titan and providing results. Understand there will be times

Work Environment
This position is working in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses
standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.

smell. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral
vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 8 : 00 a.m to 5 : 00 p.m.
This position is not eligible for Telecommuting Work Arrangements.
Travel
There is no travel required for this position.
Required Education and Experience
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
2. Computer literate and proficient using G-Suite, Service Titan, Slack, Zoom etc.
3. Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems etc.).
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Previous experience in sales or marketing.
6. Organized and detail-oriented.
7. Outstanding communicator both verbally and written.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Associates degree in office administration, management or related field.
2. 2 years working in office administration.
3. 2 years experience working in Sales and Marketing.
4. Prior experience working in the Plumbing or HVAC contractor industry.
