We are currently looking for talented candidates for the role of Revenue Cycle Manager. We are currently seeking a dedicated and strategic Revenue Cycle Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and optimize our organization's entire revenue cycle process to ensure financial sustainability and operational excellence. Your expertise in managing patient accounts, billing, collections, and revenue generation will be crucial in driving our financial performance. Essential Functions

- Oversee and manage the entire revenue cycle process to ensure maximum revenue collection.

- Implement and enforce policies and procedures that ensure timely billing and collections.

- Monitor and analyze billing and collections data to identify trends, set targets, and improve processes.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient charge capture.

- Supervise, hire, and train revenue cycle staff, including billing, collections, credentialing and customer service teams.

- Conduct regular audits of patient accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Utilize technology to streamline the revenue cycle process and increase automation.

- Negotiate with payers and maintain relationships to ensure favorable contract terms and reimbursement rates.

- Resolve escalated billing and collection issues and disputes with payers and patients.

- Prepare and present regular reports on the status of the revenue cycle to senior management.

- Develop and manage the revenue cycle budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenditures.

- Stay abreast of changes in healthcare regulations, payer policies, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimize revenue.

- Collaborate with EMR Coordinator and Senior Management to maintain and optimize the electronic health record (EHR) and billing systems.

- Coordinate with the compliance officer to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations regarding patient privacy and billing practices.

- Lead and participate in quality assurance and process

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Health Administration or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting. Proven experience with medical billing, coding, collections, payment posting and credentialing. In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payers. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and billing software systems. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret and analyze financial data to make informed decisions. Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare billing and collections.Ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
