I. Position Overview

Apex Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center is a rapidly growing, skincare facility that empowers employees to deliver exceptional patient experiences. We are currently looking for a talented candidate for the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, managing, and executing social media marketing strategies aligned with industry trends and branding guidelines, while also monitoring digital marketing channels and collaborating with various Apex departments to execute marketing initiatives.

This is a salaried exempt position. This position requires legal authorization to work in the US.

· Schedule: Monday through Friday normal business hours with occasional weekend hours

II. Essential Functions

· Manage and respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries and reviews.

· Develop and execute a monthly social media marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment.

· Create and maintain engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with current industry trends and brand guidelines for maximum effectiveness.

· Plan, edit, and measure content effectiveness, optimizing for maximum engagement.

· Update and monitor digital marketing channels to ensure performance.

· Stay updated on industry trends and changes in all social platforms.

· Work collaboratively on cross-functional efforts with various Apex departments, including provider and clinical teams, aesthetics team, HR, and Clinical Research for integrated marketing initiatives.

III. Requirements

a. Required

i. 2 years marketing experience preferred

ii. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

iii. Organized and self-motivated

iv. Positive, professional, and team-oriented

v. Eager to take feedback, learn new skills, be flexible, and grow

b. Preferred

i. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another related field

ii. Experience with social media platforms
