We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities

- Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Ensure Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data from the Transportation Management System is exported to the accounting system

- Process daily customer invoicing and vendor payables ensuring they are accurately recorded in the accounting system.

-Prepare the daily bank deposit as directed.

-File, Maintain, and distributed internally or mailed accordingly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

- 1 to 2 years' Experience in accounting or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in using accounting software (QuickBooks)

-Major ERP system experience with SAP is required.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports

- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong interpersonal skills in Mandarin (verbal and written)
