Well established and growing company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Lead for its facility in East Dundee, IL.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills both written, verbal and be able to manage and consider a number of variables. Must be able to maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounts receivable process.
• Ensure accurate timely invoicing, billing and collections, monitor customer accounts for delinquencies.
• Responsible for investigating and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to accounts receivable.
• Develops and maintains courteous and effective working relationships with customers.
• Communicate with staff in multiple departments including but not limited to Management and Sales.
• Responsible for providing regular reports on accounts receivable status.
• Oversees the A/R department and its employees, this includes interviewing, hiring, training and termination of employees.
• Managing staff hours and payroll.
• Maintains job related confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Proven competent leadership skills, as well as the ability to exercise independent and good judgment, and resourcefulness in resolving questions or problems.
• Requires strong communication skills.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including outlook
