** 3 Month Assignment - Onsite**

The Social Media and Communications Specialist prepares and develops social media content to support and enhance the organization's brand and operations. Monitors, posts to, and analyzes social media channels to build a community of followers and enhance interaction. Must be able to pick up on tasks and processes quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage company’s social media pages to drive brand awareness and generate engagement
• Follow and develop editorial calendar from social inbox submissions
• Generate, edit and publish engaging content
• Communicate with followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and monitor reviews
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
• Assist with corporate communications
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or relevant coursework (required)
• 2 years of social media marketing experience in a corporate or agency setting (healthcare preferred)
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, GMB and other social media platforms
• Proficiency in HootSuite and SocialPilot management tools
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Graphic design experience a plus!
