APEC Water Systems is Hiring a Vice President, eCommerce Near City of Industry, CA

Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness.
• Identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform e-commerce strategies and tactics.
• Oversee all aspects of the E-commerce and marketing’s presence on the Amazon platform, ensuring product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing are optimized for maximum visibility, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Win in the following Installed Solutions product categories on Amazon and all other online market places: Countertops, UTS, ROs, Softeners, and Whole House Systems, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Lead the voice of customer through customer service team.
Website Management and Optimization:
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the e-commerce website to ensure optimal functionality, usability, and performance.
• Implement best practices for website optimization, including SEO, user experience (UX) design, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
Merchandising and Product Management:
• Lead merchandising efforts to curate product assortments, optimize product placement, and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Work closely with product teams to launch new products, manage inventory levels, and maximize product visibility and discoverability.
• Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising tactics to drive sales and margin growth.
Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, acquire new
customers, and increase customer engagement and retention.
• Utilize digital channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing, to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize marketing spend, and leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration:
• Foster collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and IT, to support e-commerce initiatives and drive business growth.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to e-commerce team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic guidance and insights on e-commerce trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10 years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive informed decisions and measure performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
