APCO International is Hiring a Processor Near Daytona Beach, FL

¨ Work closely with Local Frequency Advisors, vendors, salespeople and applicants to effectively and efficiently solve application problems

¨ Answer applicant questions about licensing process. If needed, guide them through the new process of filling out an application

¨ Screen applications for technical and financial competency

¨ Enter incoming acceptable applications into system

¨ Handle all routine procedures associated with applications, including fee quotes, correspondence, etc.

¨ Return incoming phone calls promptly, within one business day

¨ Contact applicants, Local Frequency Advisors, salespeople, FCC personnel and others necessary to ensure applications are processed promptly and accurately

¨ Learn the AFC system thoroughly and use it effectively for application processing

¨ Learn FCC Part 90 Rules and Regulations thoroughly and apply them effectively to applications. Keep abreast of all FCC rule changes as the apply to application processing

¨ Process inter-service invoices and billing

¨ Perform related duties and responsibilities as required
