Medical Office Receptionist - Full Time

Seeking hard working, positive attitude and reliable Medical receptionist for a new medical office in Longwood, Florida.

Full Time Position - At least four days, Mon thru Thursday! The position start date would be May 2024.

Medical receptionist role does a little bit of everything but mainly handles the front desk interacting with both the patients, doctor/ medical assistants.

Team work, communication and customer service are a must with this role!

Computer skills, Detail oriented, organized and multitasking skills are also a plus!

Primary duties will include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and Check-in / Check-out patients
• Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays
• Processing referrals
• Answering phone calls
• Ordering office supplies
• Keeping the reception area/ rooms clean
• Maintain schedules
• Scanning, Faxing documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
