Eager & Energetic Multi-Site Community Manager wanted for two apartment communities in Burlington, North Carolina consisting of 404 units. The community manager will be responsible for all aspects of a four-person office with five full-time service team members. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a strong team member with a passion for maximizing revenue, marketing, problem solving, property operations, and people! We emphasize strong leasing and customer service, with the goal of generating strong income results. Prior marketing, leasing, budgeting experience, and results are essential!
