Title: Logistician
Clearance: SECRET
Location: Washington D.C.
APA, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that has been providing Program Management, Training and Logistics Support services to the U.S. Navy for 5 years, and is looking for an CDRL Manager to join our team in support of the LCS fleet.
Description:
- Deliver Technical Support services to a NAVSEA International Unmanned and Small Combatants program office.
- Perform data collection analysis
- Develop Power Point Briefs for high level customers and Stake Holders
- Schedule Management, using Microsoft Project, and Integrated Master Schedule
- Technical Editing of Memo’s, Official Letters, etc.
- Develop and Maintain excel Budget Models, compile estimates and conduct analysis using logistics-specific program data
- Provide client with administrative support as required
- Act as the INAVSEA SharePoint Manager for logistics team
- Travel as required to attend and support various meetings
Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship with Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain such clearance
- Bachelors’ degree
- 2-5 years related experience
- Ability to communicate and work with government officials
- Proficiency to maintain/update a Share Point site
- Ability to communicate and work with government officials
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity and knowledge of USN 7300 forms
- Ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting a NAVSEA Program Office
- USN Logistics background with knowledge and understanding of Government Furnished Material (GFE) and Government Furnished Information (GFI)
- Knowledge and experience with FMS LOR/LOA process, and Financial Management
- Ability to develop and maintain a highly detailed Master Schedule using Microsoft Project
