AOW Construction, LLC, is an established, commercial construction firm in New York’s Capital Region seeking seasoned Project Managers to join AOW, due to unprecedented growth.

The Project Manager position will oversee all aspects of construction projects they are assigned to. These positions are reserved for driven and conscientious professionals able to thoughtfully manage client needs while producing quality results. To be successful in these positions, individuals must possess proven project management experience; readily display the ability to accurately understand detailed project requirements, have a track record for meeting or exceeding schedule and budgetary requirements, demonstrate a true understanding of constructability and sequencing, and enjoy the responsibility of developing and maintain longstanding client and vendor relations. Project Management positions are supported by project engineers, assistant project managers, and administrative staff members.
The ability to perform quantity take-off and pricing of multiple construction divisions independently is strongly preferred.
To qualify for a Project Manager position, a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the commercial construction industry, with specific experience consistently managing moderate sized projects is required (budgets of $3 million or more). The ability to estimate, price, and qualify subcontractor scopes independently is strongly preferred. Additionally, a BS or BA in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is strongly preferred.
The base salary range for a Project Manager position at AOW is between 85-125K and is dependent on a combination of experience and education. This position is also bonus eligible.
AOW will also consider candidates who possess the experience that would qualify them to serve in a Senior Project Management Role.
