QUALIFICATIONS: We are seeking an individual who possesses keen attention to detail, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. While prior experience at a law firm, title company, bank, accounting firm, or any finance role would be advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including property management, drafting correspondence, commercial lease administration, lease abstracting, document preparation, property tax appeal filing, and soliciting bids from vendors and contractors. This role does not require any significant travel.
