Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Virtual Therapist to provide remote therapeutic services to our clients. This position requires someone who is adept at using digital communication tools to deliver effective therapy and who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents. The therapist will work remotely, providing counseling and support through secure online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure web-based platforms.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of all client interactions.
• Engage in regular case reviews and consultations with clinical supervisors.
• Stay updated with the latest in teletherapy practices and mental health research.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current LSW, LPC, LMFT, or higher licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in providing teletherapy and using digital communication tools for therapy delivery.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in treating a diverse range of mental health issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of self-motivation and organization, with the ability to work effectively from home.
• Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations related to teletherapy services.

This role will start out part-time but could transition to full-time as case load builds.
