JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
Keauhou Punahele a 93-unit condominium complex in the Keauhou area is hiring a maintenance position.
30-hours per week, that includes working Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 am – 2:00 pm with a half-hour lunch. The hourly wage is $21.00 - $23.00 DOE. Medical and dental coverage is included.
An understanding of building, grounds and pool maintenance is desirable. Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs., Walk 100 yards uphill and downhill, climb a ladder, bend, lift, kneel, sit and twist as required for task completion. The majority of the day will be spent outdoors.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check and drug test.
