Member Experience Manager (MXM) Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated individual, who has a passion for helping others, fill our Member Experience Manager position! The MXM serves as a fitness guidance counselor to all members, educator and mentor for training staff, and 'strategist' to the club manager in growing the clubs coaching program. The MXM plays a key role in implementing the Member On-boarding Process, which includes, conducting Fitness Consultations, determining the right level of coaching and resources needed for each member to achieve their fitness goals, and managing member retention by ensuring meaningful touch points for the lifetime of the member. The MXM is also responsible for organizing the coaching team, helping with general upkeep of the club and assisting in community outreach to positively influence member acquisition. We pride ourselves in building lasting relationships with our members, and providing them with the guidance, tools and support to ensure they reach their health and fitness goals. The MXM position plays a vital role in providing each member with the right amount of coaching and support to ensure success for both the member and the organization. Compensation for this position consists of a base pay, plus a commission based upon sales and performance. If you are not comfortable with having a percentage of your compensation based on performance, this role is not right for you.
