BSI is seeking a dedicated Accounting Admin to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. As an essential member of our accounting department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cash deposit data entry.
• Accounts payable entry.
• Credit card entry and reconciliation.
• Bank account reconciliation.
• Other month end tasks and journal entries.
• Assist management with special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in MSOffice suite and familiarity NetSuite preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
