We are looking for a Corporate Trainer to help Franchisees and their team members learn how operate their stores and take care of customers from start to finish. Your goal as the Corporate Trainer will be to organize and lead all virtual and in-person trainings to increase knowledge, retention, and skill across all content areas. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator and quick learner who is highly organized and creative. You must be engaging and efficient and be able to measure success of training efforts. This role works closely with the Training Support Team and Training Content Manager to reinforce all training efforts and resources in a parallel effort. The goal is to promote the importance of lifelong learning, increase engagement on the Training Portal, and streamline training efforts for all learners to run an Any Lab Test Now location on a daily basis.
