As Accounting Manager and key member of the Administration Team, you manage the daily activities of the accounting department, including banking, AR, AP and contribute to timely closings and tax reporting. This position is located at our US Headquarters in Ashland, VA. The base salary range for this position is $62,240/year to $68,400/year. We offer full benefits, a profit-sharing contribution to your 401k and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations of accounting department
• Decisions on AR and AP related topics
• Ensuring timely close, banking compliance, tax filing, and preparation of financial documents
• Oversee cash flow, general ledger entries, and manage fixed assets.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3 years of experiene in an accounting role, managerial experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related areas
• Attention to detail, excellent time management, high level of integrity
