Concierge Job Summary : Concierge Evenings 3pm-1130pm

• Responsible for greeting visitors, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone and providing clerical support to the administrative staff
• Be responsive to the needs of people who inquire about the property and/or who are in the building for meetings with administrative personnel. Direct visitors to appropriate office or resident apartment
• Answers telephones, record and channel information
• Displays in depth knowledge of the services and programs and other pertinent information regarding the property

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to read, write and understand English, and be able to follow written or oral instructions
• Able to make independent decisions when the circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm during emergency situations
• Able to deal professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public
• Should have excellent computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
• Able to assist in troubleshooting copier/printer issues
