Job Objective:
Works under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Stroke Manager directs and supervises all functions and activities of the Stroke Program, develops policies, procedures, protocols, education and community outreach to meet standards and regulations as appropriate. Is responsible for ensuring the Stroke Program meets all Joint Commission Primary Stroke Center requirements for active certification and any other applicable standards of other regulatory bodies related to stroke.
