About the role:
The Director of Student Disability Services reports to the Chief Wellness and Compliance Officer for Student Affairs and is responsible for the direction, planning, administration, organization and evaluation of the various programs and services offered through SDS in support of the students at San Diego State University. The Director works closely with the Chief Wellness and Compliance Officer regarding mission, goals and programs, outreach services, staff development, budget, human resources, resource management, assessment, sustainability and overall direction of SDS.

45% - Provides Overall Direction and Leadership for the SDSU Community and SDS:
20% - Fiscal and Human Resource Management
15% - Program Development, Assessment Evaluation and Campuswide Collaboration
10% - Campus, Community, Regional and Statewide Relationships
5% - Fund Development
5% - Other Duties and Responsibilities as Assigned

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000
