Office in Huntington, WV is seeking an experienced:
Dental Front Office Member to become a part of our team!

You will be joining an office with systems and culture designed to create an exceptional experience for our patients. The ideal candidate will be familiar with:

-Collect, Complete, Review and submit electronic dental claims
-Create accurate and compelling narratives
-Return comprehensive appeals and information requests to insurance companies
-Maintain goal oriented aging reports
-Communicate with patients about insurance benefits and account balances
-Post patient and insurance payments
-Treatment planning discussion with patients, scheduling and collecting copays
-Scheduling appointments

Qualifications:

-Team player, eager to tackle tasks

-Good with people, customer oriented
-Dental terminology, dental CDT codes, office function and flow
-Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software
-Exceptional attention to detail submitting claims, appeals and posting insurance payments
-Competence with verbal, written and electronic communication
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
