About the role

As a Store Manager, your goal is to lead and inspire—bringing the Ann Taylor experience to life by building enduring relationships with associates and clients. This is your opportunity to serve as a retail store leader. · Passion for helping women look and feel their best

· Motivation to create memorable customer experiences

· Willingness to learn our systems (operate a point-of-sale system & navigate an iPad)

· Must have 5 years of retail management experience
