Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Knowledge of stock management principles and procedures
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
