We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team at NEROLI MERCATO. As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving profitability. If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for the food industry and possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Toast Experience: Proficient in utilizing Toast POS system for order processing, inventory management, and sales reporting.

Financial Management: Demonstrate expertise in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, specifically in controlling food costs and labor costs. Implement strategies to maximize profits while minimizing expenses.

Experience: Possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the food industry.

Scheduling: Efficiently handle all aspects of employee scheduling, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet customer demand while managing labor costs.

Inventory Management: Take charge of food ordering, monitor inventory levels, and implement strategies to reduce waste and control costs.

Shelving and Merchandising: Oversee the stocking of shelves, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized display of products.

Systems Development: Create and implement effective systems for Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff, fostering a smooth and organized workflow.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Toast POS system.

Strong financial acumen, particularly in managing food and labor costs.

2-3 years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the food industry.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to create and implement efficient systems for staff.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
